At Furravor, our mission is to keep tails wagging by supporting happier, healthier lives for dogs. We stand behind the quality of our products and encourage you to give them a fair try for at least 14 days so your pup can experience the full benefits.

If you are not satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, you can request a return by emailing us at rpm.network@outlook.com.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to accommodate changes. If your order is cancelled within 24 hours, your refund will be issued within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We’re confident your dog will love the difference with Furravor. That’s why we offer a 60-day money back guarantee. Please try our chews for a minimum of 14 days before requesting a refund so your pup has time to adjust.

If you’re still not satisfied, you can return your order within the 60-day period. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at rpm.network@outlook.com. To help us process your request faster, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used to place your order.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to arrive safely. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Please note that minor issues with packaging (such as dented boxes) do not count as product damage if the product itself is in good condition.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of delivery at rpm.network@outlook.com with a clear photo of the damage. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

While we work hard to ship your order quickly, Furravor cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other issues outside of our control. We are also not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have left our warehouse. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee a resend or refund.
