Shipping Information – Furravor 🐾

At Furravor, we know how excited you (and your pup!) are to get your order, so we’re happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Order Processing Times

We work hard to get your order ready as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once your package is handed over to the courier, it’s officially on its way to you.

During busy times (like holidays), it may take up to 7 business days for us to get everything shipped out — thank you for your patience if that happens.

Estimated Shipping Times

After dispatch, delivery times depend on where you live and your local courier. Here’s a guide to help you know what to expect:

🇺🇸 United States: 7-10 Business Days
🇨🇦 Canada: 7-10 Business Days
🇦🇺 Australia: 4-10 Business Days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-10 Business Days
🌎 Worldwide: Varies based on courier and customs

Please remember these are estimates — couriers and customs can sometimes cause delays outside our control, especially around holidays.

Order Changes & Accurate Details

Please double-check your shipping info at checkout to make sure everything is correct. If the address isn’t complete or accurate, it can cause delays or cancellations.

If our system flags something unusual, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we don’t hear back, we may need to cancel the order.

Noticed a mistake? No worries — just email us at rpm.network@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it in time, but after that, changes can’t be guaranteed.

Delayed Delivery

We totally understand how important it is for your pup to get their chews on time. While we always aim for quick delivery, sometimes life throws us curveballs like:

  • Storms or severe weather

  • Courier delays or backlogs

  • Customs clearance checks

  • Payment or address verification issues

If we ever run into an issue with your order, we’ll let you know right away. We can’t promise an exact delivery date, but we’ll keep you updated and help in any way we can until your package arrives.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We know how stressful it can be if a package goes missing. Once your order leaves our warehouse and is with the courier, it’s out of our direct control — but we’ll always do what we can to support you.

If your package is lost or stolen:

  • Email us at rpm.network@outlook.com and we’ll guide you through next steps.

  • Contact your courier directly to file a claim (they’ll usually need info from you).

  • In some cases, depending on the situation, we may be able to send a replacement.

Please note that lost or stolen packages are not covered by our refund policy, but we’ll do our very best to help you resolve the issue.
